Mountain Valley Health—InspireEHR Privacy Policy

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform all of our partners (Patients, providers, staff, etc.) how Mountain Valley Health collects, uses, shares, and protects user data, and to inform users of their rights regarding their personal information. The information is housed in our electronic health record system, InspireEHR.

  • We collect personal health information including medical history, treatment records, test results, and demographic data
  • Information is gathered directly from patients and healthcare providers
  • Collection is limited to data necessary for medical care and administrative purposes

7. Cookies and Tracking

  •  Regulated entities are not permitted to use tracking technologies in a manner that would result in impermissible disclosures of PHI to tracking technology vendors or any other violations of the HIPAA Rules. Mountain Valley Health, therefore, does not track on this publicly accessible webpage.
